Le Merisier, Holiday Rental near Aubeterre

Le Merisier is a wonderful addition to the Longeveau estate, situated in the charming hamlet of Puygironde, just a short stroll up the lane from our Clubhouse.

The main entrance leads into a large, contemporary kitchen and dining area, complete with double doors that open to the rear terrace and gardens. The well-equipped kitchen includes all of the essentials for your stay, such as a microwave, dishwasher, a large oak dining table, and a separate utility/laundry room.

A small lobby leading from the kitchen provides two twin rooms (which can be configured as doubles) sharing a shower room / W.C. On the opposite side of the property there is a Pigeonnier tower with an upstairs bedroom. Below there is also has another shower room with W.C.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor beyond the lobby area and includes an en-suite, with the lobby featuring a double sofa bed, providing capacity for up to 10 guests (excluding cot sleeping infants).

The living room boasts double doors that open out to the garden and pool terrace, providing fantastic views of the valley beyond.
There is an expansive shaded terrace includes a built in BBQ and leads on to a lawned garden, offering plenty of play space. The heated swimming pool (secured with a safety gate) boasts an outdoor ‘kitchen’ as well as ample sun loungers.

Le Merisier is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, central heating, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable during the hot summer days. Plus, all of the facilities and services at Longeveau are just a short walk away!
