The first-floor lounge and dining area take full advantage of the stunning views, overlooking the garden, golf course, and valley beyond. The master double bedroom is located off this living space.

While the ground floor hosts two twin bedrooms and a second shower room/WC. A few steps down lead to a well-equipped kitchen and access to the furnished terrace.

Outside, the terrace and shared garden open directly onto the golf course, offering a peaceful and scenic setting. With ample sun loungers, outdoor dining space, and a BBQ, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy long summer evenings.
