Terms & Conditions

• In peak season our bookings generally operate from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday.

• ‘Individual Accommodation’ is secured by a deposit equal to the value of 25% of the accommodation rate.

• The balance of the cost of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay on time could result in cancellation. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival should be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Cancellations notified more than 8 weeks before arrival date will forfeit deposit only. Those with less than 8 weeks notice will forfeit full amount unless we are able to re-let, in which case a sum equal to the deposit will be deducted to cover expenses.

• We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to protect you against any unforeseen events, prior to or during your holiday.

• Please contact us for group, corporate or wedding booking terms & conditions as these differ.

• Check-in is from 17h00. However, guests are welcome to access facilities as early as they would like on their booked arrival date. Cottages are often available prior to this.

• Check-out is from 10h00 on day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

• A local ‘taxe de séjour’ is payable by all guests aged 18 and over.

• We reserve the right to require anyone causing a nuisance to other guests or staff to leave without refund.

• Animals / pets are not premitted in the properties (with the exception of guide dogs).

• We do not ask for a security deposit in advance for individual bookings, but kindly ask that all breakages be paid for prior to departure.  Security deposits are requested for groups.

• Liability for any loss or injury is not accepted by ourselves however it may arise. We cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of any accommodation or facility due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions etc.

• Your reservation is accepted subject to the agreement of you and your party to our full terms & conditions.
